What we collect
When you book a consultation or contact us, we collect your name, email, phone number, details about the piece you want, inspiration photos you share and, where relevant, ring sizes and payment records.
How we use it
We use it to arrange consultations, design and make your jewellery, take payment, provide aftercare and answer your questions. We send marketing emails only if you opt in separately, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the studio, such as booking, payment and email tools, and only as needed. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@dvdiamonds.ca.
